As a professional change leader, a leadership coach, and organizational development consultant, I specialize in team development, communication, and conflict resolution. I am a master facilitator of workshops and team events, and also work 1:1 with successful leaders in complex environments. I work with leaders at all levels, from emerging professionals to senior leadership.  

I also work with private clients across the U.S. to creatively facilitate Board retreats and strategic planning sessions, and conduct leadership development educational workshops.

I developed a unique integrated approach to my practice by blending current theories, industry-leading certifications in human behavior, mental health experience, and an advanced degree in dance/movement therapy.
